Designed for patrol, rescue and civil use on water, land and ice. Verified during rescue efforts.
Hovercrafts are devices with of a very specific construction and mechanisms, but that is why they can be used to carry out tasks, otherwise considered very difficult or even impossible, with relative ease.
The shape and range of use of a hovercraft is similar to an amphibian boat, but the construction of the bow, motor and working mechanism is more like that of an aircraft. Such a combination creates a vehicle which brings the advantages of boats and aircraft. It is much faster than a boat, safer than an aircraft, independent of the density and type of surface or the seasons and has a wide range of uses- for civil, rescue and military purposes.
Hovercrafts do not require ports or jetties. Hovercrafts can transport people and goods at a speed of 100km/h on rivers and lakes- on water, land, sandbanks, swamps, backwater and overflow areas, quicksand and snow. They are not influenced by the current, depth of the water or obstacles hidden under the surface. They do not harm animals i.e. fish, hippopotamuses, crocodiles.
Hovercrafts are very fast and effective means of transport which can be used in a variety of situations: as vehicles for safety brigades, the police, doctors, mailmen, geodesists, nature reserve services, TV crews, as an ambulance, taxi etc. They are equally effective in Scandinavia, where there is a large number of lakes; on
Africa’s roadless tracks and deserts flooded during rainy seasons, South America with the Amazon river floodplains, North America with the swamps in Florida, Canada’s lakes and rivers, Asian rice fields and wetlands, Australia’s coral reefs. They can transport tourists from Warsaw to Kazimierz, from Gdansk to Hel, around Croatian or Greek islands or the Okavango delta in Africa.
Hovercrafts have been proven irreplaceable for rescue efforts during natural disasters, for both evacuation and supply purposes during the flood in Wrocław, China, Romania, India, America, France, Germany, Ethiopia or during the aftermath of the tsunami crisis in Malaysia etc. They can be used for anti terrorist operations, to assist divers working under water or ice, rescue people and animals on ice, transport armies over mine fields as well as for landing operations on rivers, swamps and thin ice.
